A: Technology plays a pivotal role in our lives and that is why we now live in a better world. The human curiosity about science has lead to many inventions in the past few decades. Technology has helped humans connect easily with the world, brought new ways of entertainment, new drugs has saved countless lives and many more. One of the latest invention in the field of technology is mobile phones and I will throw more light on its merits and demerits in my following paragraphs.

According to me, mobile phones have a great impact on humans in terms of connectivity and knowing the world. This small piece of device can be well integrated with softwares and internet to lead us to a new world. This device is being updated every year to add new features to make lives of humans more comfortable. For instance, students can now explore new mobile applications to learn and update themselves on their particular subject; share their views, ideas etcetera through Whatts app and other similar applications.

Although, there are many advantages of this technology but we cannot ignore its demerits too. Mobile phones can be misused by teenagers which can hamper their personal life as well as their career. A close watch of the parents and teachers is highly recommended. People prefer to talk to their friends on phones which is again leading to harshness in their relationships. We now like to do shopping through mobiles and want to keep ourselves inside the four walls which is leading to many chronic problems.

To conclude, technology has always had a great impact on humans but it should be used in limits.
